Phase 3 – Configuring / Admin Training

In Phase 3, we use the roadmap document, deploy Project Online, and start the configuration with your selected Project Manager or IT Administrator.

We will walk them through the configuration process step-by-step and start implementing the items identified on the roadmap, such as:

  • Enterprise Calendars
  • Importing Resources
  • Configuration of Time and Task Management
  • Security Templates
  • Custom Permissions

We will also give your administrator a copy of our Managing Microsoft Project Online book for reference.
